Tony Lipsey is a highly experienced educational and child psychology professional with over two decades in the field. He holds a Master’s degree in School and Clinical Child Psychology and a Master’s degree in Education. His psycho-educational training was completed at the Institute for Child Study (now part of OISE, University of Toronto).
Tony has served as a lecturer and administrator in Canadian higher education and brings international experience from Australia and Israel. Most recently, he was Head of School at Kayla’s Children Centre, supporting children with significant developmental challenges.
Tony works collaboratively with specialists in behavioural, speech and language, and physiotherapy assessment. His mission is simple: to make psycho-educational assessments more accessible, affordable, and understandable—so families feel informed, empowered, and supported.
